Pros of Jobber
The setup and process of inviting team members was a breeze. The apps interface was easy to explore and navigate. Online forums and Help Menus were concise, easy and very clear to understand. Best off all our experience was with the support agent on their help chat platform, who was very quick to respond with answers to our queries. The representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered each of our questions with authority.
Jobber perfectly fits any organization/business/industry that offers field service, their app fits this domain perfectly with their offerings such as, map integration, assigning to teams, or the chemical tracker add on for landscaping companies, etc. However, we can also see how our own practice can use it, as we created a test quote, it automatically created a reminder on the calendar for us to follow up on that quote for 3 days later. We could wholly see a consulting firm using Jobber as a CRM/Project Management Tool.

All Invoices, payments and customer information sync with QuickBooks Online. So, we can easily classify our expenses and income into profit and loss reports. The two applications complement each other and easily integrate to run our entire business. The Jobber team does an excellent job of development and we love the recent Apple iOS release.
Cons of Jobber
There are some areas where we saw Jobber lacking. When payments are received into QuickBooks Online after raising invoices, these payments that are received cannot be pushed back into Jobber. It would have been great if the payments to be automatically posted into Jobber.
We also noticed that test quote feature or the quote is not transferred into QuickBooks Online during the sync process. It continues to remain in Jobber.
In a normal scenario, we would like all payments and invoices be handled by Jobber and we sync to QuickBooks Online and be done with the process. However, it syncs everything, but since all scenarios aren't covered in Jobber, we have to augment invoices and payments in QuickBooks Online to make changes. As soon as this happens it immediately puts Jobber and QuickBooks Online out of sync and Jobber's accounting reports and features become useless.
Another issue that we were disappointed with was that we had to pay an additional $9/month to be able to sync Jobber with QuickBooks Online. This, after paying $39/month for a single user license.
This is one great app that could have been better.
