Pros of T-Sheets Time Tracker

The best part of using T-sheets is that you can track your mobile workforce using GPS. You can also leave notes for your employees and update them regularly. Your employees can also leave you requests, PTO and time sheets.

Due to its easy integration with QuickBooks Online, you can process your payroll data directly and also prepare job costing reports, client invoices and get a real time report of your entire workforce; all this at a click of a button.

Another point that impressed us was their customer support. You can reach them with almost no or less waiting time and they can be reached via a number of customer contact channels like over chat, via phone and weekly webinars.

Cons of T-Sheets Time Tracker

Although it works well with QuickBooks Online, there are times when the sync just does not work and you need to log off and login again. We also came across a number of issues when a QuickBooks upgrade or updates is underway.

The lack of a scheduling function is a huge disappointment. This was one of the features we had in mind when looking for a time tracking program. In our opinion, this could be added in upcoming versions.

Apart from a few sync issues and exporting of vendor and client data correctly, we did not face any major issues. However in T-Sheet’s favour, all of these issues were handled well by their ever responsive support team and we must say their customer support is great.
